Call for papers for national workshop on “Forest Research and Poverty Reduction” |

In December, TBI Viet Nam in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will organize a national workshop on “Forest Research and Poverty Reduction” in the Central and Central Highlands regions of Viet Nam. The workshop will contribute to the preparation of a research action plan for the National Forest Research Strategy until 2020. TBI Viet Nam is calling for papers from those interested in the workshop.

Learning-oriented Monitoring and Evaluation course organised for the pro-poor forestry project. |

In an attempt to assist the Pro-Poor Forestry Project (PPFP) Provincial Project Management Units (PPMU) to put in place a learning-oriented monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and to improve the capacity of the project implementers, a participatory based M&E course was conducted by TBI Viet Nam from 3-5 September 2009 in Hue city.
